Upon successful receipt of your unwanted items we will process the credit back onto the original credit/debit card used when you made your purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the shipper to return. However, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 working days). Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order before shipping, you must contact us within one hour of your order, and give us specific reason statements. 5% bank transaction fees will be deducted from your payment.
If you want to cancel your order after shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of shipping, and give us specific reason statements. 5% bank transaction fees and 20% packing & shipping fees will be deducted from your payment.
